Amy Awerbuch has truly experienced the world of Real Estate from many unique perspectives, from marketing home furnishings for a major Midwest Design Center to selling and listing high-end residential properties and owning and managing an Arizona luxury vacation rental in Cave Creek.
Since obtaining her Florida license in 2019 as a Broker-Associate, Amy has today become an agent of choice among South Florida buyers and sellers seeking an agent who will provide both outstanding customer service and exceptional Real Estate expertise. As of January 2022, Amy has happily joined eXp Realty, LLC, and also co-partners with Broker Associate Roberto Carluzzo.
This multi-talented Michigan native studied Textiles at Arizona State prior to earning a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications and Marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit. She would later work for the Michigan Design Center, gaining valuable experience marketing furniture and textiles to local designers and architects.
As a licensed Michigan real estate agent as well, Amy built a successful career renovating houses and selling residential properties and vacant land for Real Estate One- Max Broock Inc. in Bloomfield Hills. In fact, she sold her $1.2 M home herself before she was even an agent!
The natural beauty and allure of the Southwest would eventually lead her back to Arizona where for two years she "lived her dream"- operating a very successful five-star luxury vacation rental business before turning her "casita" into a year-round rental property.
Amy prides herself as an exceptionally committed and astute listener an unselfish, hard-working, and committed Real estate professional who clearly relates to her client's needs and concerns through the entire transaction process from showing and negotiation to contracts and closing.
